Our vision at Collaborative Coaching is to:
- Provide athlete-driven support for reaching your competitive goals.
- Take an analytic approach to planning for season-long training plans and individual workouts
- Provide a collaborative environment with coaches an athletes in
which athletes work towards their goals and coaches grow in their
ability to support our athletes
- Provide high value at a reasonable cost to athletes.
Why Collaborative Coaching?
- Our coaching package costs about half of what many coaches are charging for the same services.
- We are both highly successful, self-coached athletes. We are both still active in training and racing ourselves, and we bring an improvement mindset to our training and racing.
- Our approach to training emphasizes specificity, flexibility, and systematicity. In other words, every workout has specific goals, those goals flex in response to athlete input, but they also grow systematically over the course of the season to drive incremental improvements that accumulate over time.
